Services Overview
Straightforward, professional guidance on everyday HR matters. From contracts and policies to disciplinary and grievance support, I help businesses stay fair, compliant and confident in their decisions.
Support with larger HR initiatives such as restructures, onboarding design, engagement projects, absence management, or building HR processes from the ground up. Flexible, tailored and hands-on.
Specialist support for complex people issues. I provide structured case management, investigation support, letters, outcomes and clear documentation to protect your business and support your teams.
I take a straightforward, grown-up approach to pricing. Every organisation is different, and I prefer an honest conversation about what support is genuinely needed, what adds real value, and what fits your budget. There are no complicated packages or hidden costs — just clear, practical guidance tailored to your situation.
Currently, I have limited capacity for new clients.
However, I am open to discussing small, remote project support where the scope is clear and the time commitment is manageable.
If you’d like to explore whether your project is a good fit, you’re welcome to get in touch for an initial discussion.

About me
I am an Associate Member of the CIPD and hold a strong academic background in HR, Leadership and Organisational behaviour. I have two Level 7 HR/Leadership qualifications, a Postgraduate Certificate from the University of Birmingham and a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Portsmouth. I also hold the Level 5 and Level 3 CIPD HR qualifications, Sutton Coldfield College, Birmingham.
I have a Bachelor of Science from the University of Auckland.
Across my career, I’ve developed a hands-on, grounded approach to HR. I take my profession — and the people I work with — seriously. Trust, integrity and delivery are non-negotiable for me.
While my photo may look approachable and casual, my work ethic is anything but. I believe HR should be accessible at every level of an organisation, not just to senior leadership, but also to the people on the ground who keep the business moving.
I don’t hide behind formal suits or corporate distance. I prefer to stay authentic, practical and relatable — bringing clarity, structure and calm to even the most challenging situations.
Ethics matter to me, professionalism matters to me, and so does creating an environment where people can work with confidence and, where appropriate, a sense of humour and humanity.
